Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Odisha, Bhubaneswar invites applications from eligible candidates for Paramedical direct recruitment posts of Radiographer, Junior Laboratory Technician, Staff Nurse and Pharmacist to be filled up on contractual basis at Pandit Raghunath Murmu, Medical College & Hospital, Baripada. Vacancies Details:

* Radiographer - 07 Post - 5200/- plus Grade Pay 2400/- pm

* Junior Laboratory Technician - 40 Post - 5200/- plus Grade Pay 2400/- pm

* Staff Nurse - 110 Post - 5200/- plus Grade Pay 2800/- pm

* Pharmacist - 02 Post - 5200/- plus Grade Pay 2400/- pm

Educational Qualifications:

Radiographer:

Must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher  Secondary Education, Odisha or equivalent course and passed Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology from any of the 03 Medical College and Hospitals of the State or any other private institutions recognized by Government of Odisha or All India Council of Technical Education & registered his/her name in the Radiographers Council in the State & have possessed  valid registration certificate as on the date of the advertisement.

Junior Laboratory Technician:

Must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha / equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any of the 03 Medical College and Hospitals of the State / any other private institutions recognized by Government of Odisha or All India Council of Technical Education& registered his/her name in the Laboratory Technician Council in the State & have possessed valid registration certificate as on the date of the advertisement.

Staff Nurse:

Science Examination Higher Secondary / equivalent and Nursing & Midwife. Must have passed +2 under Council of Education, Odisha Diploma in General course from any of the 03 Medical College and Hospitals of the State / any other recognized private institutions duly approved by Indian Nursing Council and examination conducted by the Odisha Nursing Council & registered his/her name in the Nursing Council in the State & have possessed valid registration certificate as on the date of the advertisement.

Pharmacist:

Must have passed +2 Science Examination under Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha / equivalent and Diploma in pharmacy course from any of the 03 Medical College and Hospitals of the State / any other recognized private institutions duly approved by AICTE and examination conducted by the Odisha Pharmacy Board and registered his/her name in the Pharmacy Council in the State & have possessed valid registration certificate as on the date of the advertisement.

Knowledge in Odia: 

The candidate must (a) be able to read, write and speak Odia, (b) have passed middle school examination with Odia as Language subject; or (c) have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as medium of examination in non-language subject: or (d) have passed in Odia as Language subject in the final examination of Class-VII from a School or educational institution recognized by the Government of Odisha or the Central Government; or (e) have passed a test in Odia in Middle English School standard conducted by the School and Mass Education Department.
