Candidates have to download the Application Form from the official website www.nmdc.co.in and then have to take a printout of it to fill the form. After that candidate requires filling the application with the required and relevant information and having to paste the current passport sized photograph and sign at the ending of the application, after that candidates have to attach the Xerox of some required documents and send to below address:
